Practice living in the present moment during this mindfulness meditation!
This class includes a 30 minute sitting meditation that will help you relax and rejuvenate your spirit through a visual exercise that is designed to calm your mind and body. You will learn how to begin living in the present moment.
We will also do light stretching to bring the muscles out off their daily tense states. Then next is aromatherapy which will bring your body into a state of deeper relaxation and reduce anxiety.
This practice will bring feelings of relaxation, rejuvenation and peace. You will know how to begin to bring mindfulness practices into daily life. And anxiety will feel lifted.
What should you bring?
Bring a yoga mat or towel, comfy pillow or rolled towel, and wear comfortable clothes!

Olivia Bowman is a certified mindfulness and Meditation Instructor who completed her training in Burlington Vermont. She has been teaching for three years and has taught everyone from ages 6 to 76. Her classes have included teaching basic meditation (concentrated breathing) to more advanced classes such as mindful healing or chakra work. She believes that anyone and everyone can learn to be mindful in their daily lives and bring the practice of meditation into their souls.
